For a person to become an effective leader, they must possess the ability to convey ideas and intentions clearly. The ability to inspire and motivate their team is also an invaluable skill, which is brought forth with good communication skills, thus, increasing productivity, reducing miscommunication and aligns everyone onto the same goal.
